A detailed study of the hydraulic properties and the geometry of the rotor/impeller system, perfectly balanced with the performance of the motor and a careful choice of high tech materials for the different components give this unit the characteristics of reliability and quietness common to the EDEN pump range combined with a very high performance. This pump range can be used submersed (with intake strainer) or for external use (with the optional attachment of a hose connection). Equipped with standard-threaded inlet and outlets, it can be easily connected to hoses and tubes available on the market and can be adapted to the different uses.
The pumps are equipped with a flow control device, which can be used in both submersed and non-submersed conditions to alter the flow as required. In their submersed use, the pumps are equipped with a special device which simplifies very much the cleaning operations. It is sufficient simply to rotate the “comb system” to eliminate from the strainer any lime scale or algae deposit, without having to take off the front chamber of the pump.
